Holiday Healing and Candle Making

Come join us as we gather together to make “Save the Seat” candles as a way to honor lost loved ones during the holidays. During this session we will have all the items needed to make your save the seat candle, a meditation and sound bath, and the chance to get grief support and share ways to make the holidays feel a little lighter while dealing with grief.

Easing Grief Through Nature & Sound Mini-retreat

Please join us from 10:30am- 1:30pm am on Sunday, May 28, as we gather to provide community to those experiencing grief of various kinds. During our time together we will practice meditation and grounding activities, a walking exercise, discuss how to integrate nature and sound healing into your grief practices, enjoy a tea ceremony, as well as experience a sound bath.

This event is free (donations accepted and appreciated!)

Registration is required.

This event is capped at 15 people.

During our time together we will practice meditation and grounding activities and discuss how to integrate nature and sound healing into your grief practices. Abortion Grief Support Group

A space to openly grieve, discuss your emotions, or just share space with other folx that are processing the overturn of Roe v Wade. We will also have some direct action items and tips to support yourself and your peers as we collectively grieve the loss of human rights and safe access to abortion.
